Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.ziverge.com (the “Site”), operated by Ziverge, Inc. (“Ziverge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company located at 1632 1st Ave #20831, New York, NY 10028.

These Terms apply only to your use of the Site itself — browsing its pages, submitting an inquiry form, or chatting with the AI Response Agent. They do not govern any engagement in which Ziverge provides engineering, consulting, or staffing services to a client. Any such engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed between Ziverge and that client, which controls over anything on this Site in the event of a conflict.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, including researching Ziverge’s services, submitting an inquiry, or requesting a demo. You agree not to: interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers/networks that host it; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site; use automated means (bots, scrapers) to extract content except as permitted by robots.txt; or use the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Ziverge may suspend or restrict access to the Site, at any time and without notice, for any user who violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Site and all content on it — text, graphics, logos, page design, and the Ziverge name and marks — are owned by Ziverge or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site or in these Terms grants you any license to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from that content, except that you may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business reference.

This section addresses ownership of the Site itself. It has no bearing on ownership of code, deliverables, or other work product created for a client under a separate services agreement — that is addressed in the applicable agreement with that client.

No Warranties; Disclaimer

The information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or technical advice. Ziverge makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and current but does not warrant that its content is complete, error-free, or up to date.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Ziverge does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, resources referenced from the blog) that are not operated or controlled by Ziverge. Ziverge is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party site, and including a link does not imply endorsement.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this section limits Ziverge’s obligations under a separately signed client services agreement; those obligations are governed by that agreement.
