Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Ziverge, Inc. (“Ziverge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 1632 1st Ave #20831, New York, NY 10028, collects, uses, and shares personal data when you visit https://www.ziverge.com (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us through it.

This policy covers two groups of people: Site Visitors (anyone browsing the Site) and Prospective Clients / Leads (anyone who submits a form or chats with our AI Response Agent to request information about our services).

Personal Data We Collect

Information you provide to us

When you submit an inquiry, request a demo, or otherwise fill out a form on the Site, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, company, and any message or details you include. These forms are hosted through HubSpot, our marketing and CRM platform.

When you chat with our AI Response Agent, we collect the messages you send and, if you share it, your name, email, company, and the nature of your interest. Those chats are used to answer your questions and, where you’ve provided enough information, to route your inquiry to our team.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our third-party tools automatically collect certain technical data when you visit the Site — including IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and general location. This is described further under “Cookies & Tracking Technologies” below.

We also automatically capture the UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, content) present in the URL you arrived from, which lets us understand which marketing channel or ad drove your visit.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and communicate with you about our services
  • To route qualified leads collected through forms or the AI Response Agent to our sales team, including via internal Slack notifications
  • To measure and improve the performance of our advertising (for example, tracking conversions from Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns)
  • To understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve its content and design
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse of the Site

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies from the following providers, which load automatically when you visit:

  • HubSpot — powers our forms and tracks form submissions and site activity for CRM and marketing purposes.
  • Google (gtag.js / Google Ads) — measures ad conversions for our Google Ads campaigns.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag — measures ad conversions and audience insights for our LinkedIn campaigns.
  • ContentSquare — records aggregate, anonymized session and interaction data (such as clicks and scroll behavior) to help us understand and improve the Site’s user experience.

The Site does not currently present a cookie consent banner, so these tools load by default for all visitors. You can limit tracking using your browser’s cookie settings, or by using each provider’s own opt-out tools: Google Ads Settings, LinkedIn Advertising Preferences. Blocking these technologies will not affect your ability to browse the Site, though form submissions and chat features may be affected.

Third-Party Service Providers

We share personal data with the following service providers, solely to operate the Site and deliver the functionality described above:

  • HubSpot — form hosting, CRM, and marketing communications
  • Google — advertising and conversion tracking
  • LinkedIn — advertising and conversion tracking
  • ContentSquare — site analytics and user-experience research
  • Anthropic — processes chat messages to power the AI Response Agent
  • Slack — receives internal notifications when a lead is submitted through a form or the AI Response Agent
  • Vercel — hosts the Site

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — for example, for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our communications — or as required to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, or to opt out of certain uses of it (such as targeted advertising). To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond consistent with applicable law.

You can also opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or our data practices. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
